Who doesn’t remember sitting round the table with a jigsaw….well, our members have been testing out some jigsaws that are aimed at older adults and have shared their feedback.

The Corner Shop from Ravensburger 100 Piece Jigsaw

Jigsaws can be a fun way to pass the time when you are stuck indoors, but can also be frustrating if you don’t have a large table to put them on, or you are not able to see the small fiddly pieces.

Ravensburger Puzzle have introduced a premium puzzle range that is aimed at older people, including pictures an old corner shop, with a counter and meat slicing machine! There are many good points about this puzzle:

  • it fits on a small side table so you can do little bits every day
  • it has large pieces that are easy to see
  • it has a really interesting picture, with memories from my childhood.

At £9.99 from Amazon or other sellers, our tester found it a really fun way to pass the time, and didn’t find it easy to manage, even when dealing with some cognitive challenges.
